The SISSG 2024 Congress<\/strong> will be held in Parma<\/strong> from 11 to 13 December, a reference event for producers, researchers and professionals working in the vegetable oils and fats<\/strong> sector. We are excited to be a partner<\/strong> of this important initiative, which represents a unique opportunity to explore the potential of lipids<\/strong> and their applications in innovative and diversified fields such as cosmetics<\/strong>, food<\/strong>, pharmaceuticals<\/strong> and nutraceuticals<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The congress will be developed over three days of discussion. The first day<\/strong> will be dedicated to the applications of lipids in the cosmetics sector<\/strong>, with a focus on the most recent innovations and their contribution to sustainable and high-performance solutions. On the second day<\/strong> we will explore the role of lipids as essential ingredients in various industries and their growing relevance in nutraceuticals<\/strong>, with particular attention to novel foods<\/strong> and strategies to reduce waste.<\/p>\n

The third and final day<\/strong> will instead focus on the fundamental contribution of lipids in animal nutrition<\/strong>, a key area for the global economy<\/strong> and sustainability<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Between sessions, participants will be able to take part in debates and moments of discussion, designed to encourage dialogue, exchange ideas and develop new useful insights to address future challenges.
