Eulip announces the appointment of Andrea Guidi as Chief Executive Officer, effective June 29, 2026. In this role, he will lead the company into its next phase of development following the acquisition and its integration into the Capol Group, part of the Freudenberg Group, in December 2025.
Andrea Guidi has more than 25 years of international leadership experience in the food industry. Over the course of his career, he has held senior leadership positions across sales, marketing, and general management, including executive roles with responsibility for multiple European markets. He later served as CEO and Managing Director, leading significant organizational and operational transformations, and most recently held the position of General Manager in an internationally active food company, where he strengthened operations and supported global growth.
With his extensive industry expertise and transformation experience, Andrea Guidi will focus on further developing Eulip’s business, strengthening operational excellence, and driving sustainable growth as part of Capol Group and Freudenberg Group. Andrea Guidi succeeds Peter Hantl, CEO of Capol Group, who has acted as Interim CEO of Eulip during the transition of ownership following its integration into the group. In his role, Andrea Guidi will report directly to Peter Hantl, CEO of Capol Group.

The appointment marks an important milestone for Eulip following its acquisition by Capol in December 2025. By combining Eulip’s know-how in oils and fats with Capol’s formulation and application expertise in surface treatments, the companies are well positioned to create additional value for customers through enhanced innovation capabilities as well as tailored, specialty solutions.
