B Corp certification is issued by B Lab, an international nonprofit organization that since 2006 has promoted a new economic paradigm based on transparency, accountability, and positive impact.
To achieve this, companies must meet rigorous social and environmental performance standards, ensuring governance that takes into account not only shareholders, but all stakeholders: workers, customers, suppliers, communities, and the environment.
Becoming a B Corp means committing to continuous improvement.
Every three years, certified companies must renew their qualification through a new assessment process, demonstrating concrete and measurable progress.
